• Upfront Annual Payment: Pay for the entire year at once.

• Monthly Payment: Automatic payments deducted from your credit card or direct debit.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on each additional furry family member you add to your plan.

Yes. Supertails offers flexible payment options to suit different budgets. You can either pay $549 upfront for a full year of membership, or choose the monthly payment option, which includes a $100 upfront payment followed by 11 monthly payments of $40.82. This allows you to access your membership benefits while choosing the payment method that works best for you.

Only memberships paid upfront can be transferred between owners. Due to direct debit agreements, memberships cannot be transferred when this is the payment method.

Due to differences in species and breed needs, membership transfers are not possible.
